ENVISIONING

OUR FUTURE

HELLO, FRIENDS,

In a time of great disruption in health care, remembering why we’re here is more important than ever. Our mission serves as both compass and anchor as we pivot from an era of episodic care to a future defined by long-term care partnerships with patients and families.

Fostering innovation is a fundamental tenet of demonstrating true progress in pediatric health care. Our comprehensive pediatric health care delivery system is focused on research, technology, process, methodologies and thought leadership, all deployed to improve pediatric patient outcomes.

We’ve begun this transformation from a position of great strength. U.S. News & World Report has again recognized Phoenix Children’s as a “Best Children’s Hospital,” and this year, we were recognized in all ten specialties they measure. The Hospital also earned recognition from The Leapfrog Group as one of only 12 Top Children’s Hospitals in the country. These honors from independent experts confirm for patients, parents and payers that Phoenix Children’s is the best choice for pediatric care in Arizona.

I am thrilled for you to learn more in our 2016 Vision Report. Your continued support is the foundation of our vision for the future. Together, we’re building something that will change the world.

Sincerely,

Robert L. Meyer
President and CEO
